“Chris is an amazing person.”

When you’re new in town and looking for a place to stay, he is exactly the right person to have by your side. Chris has traveled and lived in many places and has a talent for drawing on this firsthand experience to make you feel at home in the DC area. He is responsive, quick to communicate, and knows the area like the back of his hand. He helped us tremendously in finding our new home and starting our new life in Bethesda, Maryland. Thumbs up for Chris!

“We had a great experience with Chris Max.”

He is not only a highly responsive, reliable and fun person but also has excellent knowledge of both the DC and MD area. Communication with him was always easy and quick. He knows all about the real estate market, architectural styles etc. His questions helped us understand what it was we were looking for. He was also extremely dedicated and went out of his way to help us find a place.

“We had a fantastic experience working with our agent.”

He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping his clients. What really stood out was his strong execution ability — in a very short amount of time, he helped us find a home that we truly love and that fits our needs perfectly. He is also very resourceful and proactive, often sharing off-market listings that we wouldn’t have found on our own, which made a big difference in our search. Communication was always fast and efficient. No matter what questions we had, he responded quickly and clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate his dedication, responsiveness, and hard work, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
